ADaptive Technologies (PTY) LTD is a business built on transparency and trust.


We operate remotely to lower our overhead costs, which we then transfer to you as the client. Our monthly fees include a small management fee which provides unlimited back office support, only charging when requiring technician intervention. Unless otherwise stated, all our services are on a calendar month notice period. We purchase your services as resellers from the various ISPs and providers, and administrate your account (which means we take care of all the correspondence).

About the

FOUNDERS

Dorothy has three years’ experience in the IT environment as an Incident Controller, and is studying towards a degree focused in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Administration from the Richfield Institute of Technology.


Her former employment duties have provided her with strong skills to improve our client’s experiences, as well as the ability to perform multiple functions within the organization. Her communication skills come from years of experience in the call centre industry, thus allowing her to communicate with clients on an exceptional level.





Alaina has three years’ experience in the IT environment as a Project Coordinator, but alongside her five years’ experience being the sole practice administrator in the medical field, handling everything to ensure the practice, suppliers, hospital and patients needs and requirements were met, as well as an additional four years in accounts, she too is able to perform multiple functions which ensures that no stone is left unturned. 


Her organizational skills and need for accuracy allows for a smooth running of business.
